Friendliness and responsiveness of the staff. Also, when I checked I left somethings behind, once I realised I e-mailed them about the item I lost, they where quick to respond plus offered to mail the item back to me.
United KingdomHotel is very smart, immaculately clean and staff were all very friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night due to attending a nearby birthday party but wished we could have stayed longer. Room was spacious and the King sized bed turned out to be super King, everything very clean and quiet. We got a drink from the bar shortly after arrival and sat in the reception lounge, totally relaxing there in very comfortable seating. Breakfast selection was excellent.

United Arab EmiratesOur room was ready early which was an added bonus and when we walked in we were honestly amazed by how gorgeous it was - especially the bathroom! The room even had a full length mirror (girls if you know you know). Had food in the restaurant which was lovely and a few drinks - was approx £50 which is expensive considering we only had a pizza and chips between us but expected for the Hilton. Overall the staff were great and I can’t fault our experience!
United KingdomThe breakfast was excellent but the bar & food served there was terrible waiting for food that never came 2 hrs. Long waits to get cocktails ordered then to have them serve. I score the bar as horrible! All else was wonderful!
