Quick and speedy check in - checked in 20 mins early and expected long wait time with COVID situation but we were addressed immediately upon arrival and staff were really friendly and helpful. Room had a park view even though we didn’t request one... really nice touch was relaxing to sit on the business chair with a drink with great views. Didn’t get chance to use the hotel bar but looked really nice and modern. Room was spacious and large bathroom with 2 showers. Room service was great (beers and pizza after our night out). Staff were quick to deal with an issue we had, and provided reassurance when there was a questionable character loitering around entrance, who was escorted away from the premises. Hotel parking very close by at Liverpool One at discounted price. This really set the standard for supporting change around the pandemic - we still felt safe and comfortable at all times.
