BermudaThe staff was very cordial and prompt to requests. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of options and very tasty. The reception staff, the house keeping staff, the concierge and the breakfast staff were all very polite and motivated to provide top notch service! Will return for sure.

We were surprised by the location - though it is not central London it is 5 min walking from two different subway stations and we felt very safe to walk during night and a lot of outgoing opportunities were available for young adults and the whole family.
