The smaller sitting room can also serve as a den for children, a home office, or an additional bedroom with a comfortable double sofa-bed. Hoe Park House’s heart is its contemporary kitchen-diner, designed for conviviality. Gather around the elegant dining table or perch at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with AEG appliances, including two fridge-freezers, a large induction hob and two eye-level ovens. There’s also a wall-mounted TV and a Bluetooth speaker to enjoy your playlists. A utility-room leads from the kitchen, with washing machine and tumble-drier, beyond which there is also a handy WC. One end of the kitchen benefits from easy access to the street, at the other, French doors lead to a charming furnished patio perfect for enjoying coffee or cocktails! Hoe Park House features two family bathrooms, one with a shower and bath, and a walk-in shower room, both fitted with basin, heated towel rail, toothbrush charger, shaver socket and large mirror. Luxurious cotton bath sheets, hand towels, and bathrobes are all provided. The four double bedrooms are furnished with soft carpets, wardrobes, chest of drawers, dressing and bedside tables.
