From the Gentleman booking me in (didn't get his name) to the lady serving Breakfast, the Room attendants and finally Klaudia who checked me out - all were friendly, polite and helpful. Excellent choice of Breakfast and decent coffee. Room was comfortable and was able to request firm pillows. Hotel clean - spotless and hand sanitiser available in all areas - can't fault it at all.

The lady who checked us in was wonderful! She was polite, answered all our questions about the city patiently and with in depth knowledge. She made us feel very welcome. I forgot the her name. All other staff were equally good. Holiday Inn must be so lucky to have the quality of the staff in that hotel. Excellent customer service!!! I would definitely be back in that hotel.

    Holiday Inn Express® Dundee does not have a car park, but parking is available at a charge on street or in Gellatly Street Council car park which is open 24hrs a day (7 Gellatly St, Dundee DD1 3DY) located behind the hotel with a connecting bridge walk way to the Hotel reception on level 3 of the car park. Maximum Charge for a full day £10.20 Parking in Dundee City Centre is chargeable between 8.00am - 8.00pm

  • Hi there, my partner is travelling through for work in Dundee, he is a key worker (letter provided) he can’t drive at the moment so I’ll be driving through! Are you able to have more than one guest stay? Many thanks

    thank you for the enquiry - their is no restaurant on site- yes we supply hot breakfast at this moment by room service only until covid restrictions are lifted- we have limited options for gluten free

  • Hi, I am planning to stay with you from 25th October to 5th November. I am coming to Edinburgh airport. How far is it from your hotel and how should I come to your property? Kindly advise. Also how far is Old students mill from Holiday Inn

    Dear Guest, At Edinburgh airport, there are taxi and tram services that lead you into the city centre. In the city centre, you can either get a train to Dundee from Waverly train station or a bus from the Bus station. The Mill is a 12 minute walk.

  • as my wife is on 24 hour oxygen would it be possible to have a 24hr concentrator delivered and picked up by dolby vivisol after departure. plus do you have any open flames in the accommodation

    Good evening, it is possible to have the oxygen delivered to the hotel and you can store it in our luggage room until it is picked up after your departure. There are no open flames in the hotel, I should also let you know that there are no plug sockets next to the bed so if you need the oxygen to be close to the bed I would recommend to bring an extension cable as there is no guarantee that we will have any when you arrive.     yes you can quarantine at hotel, breakfast is a continental breakfast dropped of at room- limited snack menu available that we can deliver to room- you can also order take away but need to pay for this before arrival- protocol confirmed on arrival
