All the staff I dealt with were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I felt safe in terms of the Covid 19 precautions too, and the new 'grab and go' breakfast option worked well. I'm sure not that all guests realised it included a bacon or sausage sandwich, which needed to be ordered, and they were also able to provide gluten free bread for my son which was great. Our room was a good size and the shower cubicle was huge. There was no space in the car park when we arrived but there is a council car park right next door which is free from 6pm until 8am. Overall the hotel was excellent value for money.

The staff members were absolutely wonderful!!! The room was clean and very new and comfortable!!! Excellent daily breakfast options included in room price. Great location next to the train station. They even have a small bar in the lobby with some pub food options. Many reviews I’ve read seem to complain about the parking fee - but the £7 per night fee was absolutely worth it for safe and secure parking each night! Will definitely book here again when I come for a visit.
