Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and fab location. Was a little apprehensive about staying due to pandemic but we felt so comfortable and staff approachable x
United KingdomYou have to have your own customer car park, it is not fair that customer have to pay for the hotel and also for the car park, this is the downside of it.

United KingdomThe location was perfect for our purpose of going to the University of Manchester for a ceremony. The check in was fine but I had asked and paid for a twin bed room but they only had a double bed when I www checking in and I didn’t like it. But because I was traveling for almost 24 hrs I compromised coz I just wanted to lie down and rest. The rest was quite smooth the amenities are just sufficient nothing elaborate. Be mindful that the room does not have an ironing facility, no slippers were provided, no phone in the room and no mini bar.
