Great bed - firm and clean. AC was quiet and plenty of space in the rooms. Breakfast was good. Business users - email ahead if you want a receipt/invoice - booking.com don't issue VAT invoices.

New ZealandThe hotel is close to the airport with easy to access hopper busses. The rooms are big and extremely comfortable. On sight restaurant and bar. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Hong KongMildew in shower, paint peeling off ceiling, tub stopped up, no one would answer front desk. Took hour for maintenance to unclog drain. Bar stay no where to be found while found taking to other employees

ChinaCheck in was very friendly and they answered questions later with a great attitude.Shuttle service to the airport every 20 minutes for 6 pounds each way. We could have eaten in one of 3 places in the hotel, but were also able to walk down the street to to a great little restaurant called The Plough. I like choices and this place gave them to me. Our room was upgraded since we were members of the loyalty club. I asked for an upper floor and got the top floor. Perfect! We were only here for a quick overnight, but would most definitely return. Great value close to the airport.

United States of AmericaNice Holiday Inn close to the airport. Consistent quality with the Holiday Inn brand. This hotel is slightly further away from the airport than other closer hotels. The Uber was £17 . But it offers two nice restaurants. Large and busy hotel.

Full English and Continental breakfast along with an all-day dining menu are available via room service or to take away.
