on arrival, the room allocated hadn’t been made up as a twin, but within half an hour the housekeeping came in and sorted this at lightening speed!!! the beds were sooo comfy I was very tempted to take a pillow home with me!! the room was massive and had all facilities we needed, I had forgotten a razor but one quick phone call to housekeeping and they brought me one to the room complimentary. all staff were amazing and very helpful, booking the breakfast day before for a reduced price of £10 each was excellent value, the buffet itself was amazing! such good value, all good items were great. hot and cold drinks included too. great hotel, would highly recommend

    We do not have onsite parking but we work with NCP Piccadilly Gardens car park located on Chatham Street (M1 3AY). The discounted rate is £19.50 per 24 hours. You would need to pay and validate the ticket at Reception.

  • is this available for a couple for weekend leisure break after the 12th April 2021 when covid restrictions are lifted ?

    From 12 April 2021 (Step 2 of Road Map), leisure stays are only permitted in self-contained accommodation. Unfortunately hotels do not fall under this category and we will be open for leisure stays within the same household from 17 May 2021 onwards.

    Yes, we do accept this type of bookings. Our kitchen is open daily until 22:00 take away only and breakfast is delivered to guest rooms as well at the moment.

    If a King Executive room is booked, an extra rollaway bed will be added. For a Junior Suite, the sofa bed would be made up for the third adult.

    Breakfast is Full English and Continental, at the moment is delivered to the room. Following current Government Guidelines restaurant can open from the 17th of May so if nothing changes by August we will serving breakfast downstairs.

  • Hi, I’m just wondering if there’s any possibility I could have an early check in for around 12 please if I was to book for 12th of june?

    We are unable to guarantee an early check in due to the additional cleaning procedures we currently have in place.However, we have a storage room and you will be able to leave your luggage if the room is not ready on your arrival.

  • Wanted to stay near Andale shopping mall , Just wanted to know how far is your hotel from mall? Do you have interconnected rooms with twin beds?
