The staff were friendly, kids loved the free ice-cream they got and playing on the kids tablets in the Reception area. Room clean, beds were comfortable and we found a really nice Italian restaurant to eat on the lock nearby. We stayed here after a visit to Kew which is a 30 min walk, we would have parked in the hotel car park but we were a little anxious as our VW van was quite close to the height limit of the hotel's underground car park so we payed to park overnight in the Morrison's car park nearby which was only a few minutes walk away. Everything felt safe and Covid secure as well as being good value.

  • Do you have any room with 3 single beds or two beds and a sofa bed?

    Unfortunately not, we have rooms with a double bed and a sofa bed, as well as rooms with two queen beds. I'm afraid we do not have rooms with both two beds and a sofa bed.

    Yes Kew Gardens is walkable (around 15-20 minutes), or we can arrange taxi's at reception for your convenience. Yes car can be left in the car park providing it's paid for the appropriate time.

  • Are you taking bookings from the 12th April for people living in the same household? We will be travelling to Brentford to see family.

    As per the recent government guidance, hotels can re-open to the public on 17th May 2021. Until that time, we are still able to accept bookings but only for key workers and essential travel.
