easy to find on a main road.(sadly this does give a little traffic noise at night). Plenty of onsite parking. Swift check in. I liked the idea of extras (towels shower gel coffee) being on a table in reception (due to covid to reduce staff entering your room during the stay.) Very comfortable bed nice walk in shower and good TV

PakistanA bus ride into the city centre from just across the road. Number 4 bus cost three pounds sixty for 2. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly.

Just 1.5 miles from the City Centre, we set back from the main road so the hotel is quiet and has lovely gardens. Our 300 year old Cedar Tree gives the Holiday Inn York a little bit of beautiful history! Backing on to the racecourse we are just a stones throw from a brilliant, 3 km walking/running track. In the area we have Hair & Beauty salons, 24hr Tescos, Petrol Stations and much more so don't worry if you forget anything!
