The house is beautiful, the hosts charming & hospitable. We were made very welcome from the get-go and nothing was too much for our hosts. The room was extremely comfortable & a great choice of breakfast was on offer. We would definitely stay at Holmbush House again.

United KingdomThe location for holmbush house was near the main rd but you did not hear the traffic going past it .The breakfast you had a choice of full English or salmon with scrambled eggs tea & fruit juices .Carole was an excellent hostess told us about the history of house .Would go there again Cheers carole from G Budd & S Sharp

Nestled in 3 acres of charming gardens, grade II listed Holmbush House enjoys views of the beautiful South Downs. Spacious double and twin rooms at this bed and breakfast boast antique beds and furniture, while the Upper Suite takes over the entire width of the property.
Featuring a flat-screen TV, tea and coffee, and free WiFi, each room also has an private bathroom.
Full English, vegetarian and continental breakfast options are served in the Holmbush’s large, traditional dining room. For evening dining, a range of pubs and restaurants can be found a short drive away.
Holmbush House also features an electric car charging station with 13 amp sockets, where guests can charge their vehicle free of charge.
Eastbourne and the beaches of the south coast are 12 miles away. The peaceful area surrounding this Georgian property is perfect for walking, or guests can relax by the ponds in the lovely garden.
