What an amazing town.
What an amazing town. Many boutiques, antique shops, food outlets restaurants cafes in the idyllic town centre of this historical place. You have to go inside the door of each premises/ store and discover what they sell as the outside may not bare any resemblance to beyond their front door.
The quality of food served in all of the restaurants cafes etc appear of a very very high standard and it makes you want to spend more time to treat yourself. There are some stunning walks and historical locations to visit there to. There are numerous pubs within a short distance which vary from your usual local pub with good beer, there’s pubs with bands, there’s a pub which has karaoke. All of which give you a great welcome. Wish we spent a week. You can make a visit to Narberth however you wish it to be. Quiet and tranquil or get into the shops fab cuisine and the pubs. We will definitely be returning.

Narberth is a must if visiting Pembrokeshire and you want a day away from the beach. A variety of shops, cafés & restaurants. My recommendation for lunch although you can't book is Ultracomedia, Spanish deli & café serving authentic tapas.

The quaint old streets … interesting architecture… independent shops , cafes and restaurants… and a revelation was a day in Tenby !
We hadn’t realised what a beautiful town it is … a medieval quarter … characterful old pubs , stunning beaches .. rows of pastel coloured Victorian terraces …

The hotel was beautiful, in a wonderful setting and very conveniently positioned for touring around. We could not fault the staff and all the thoughtful touches the hotel provided.
The only disappointment for us was the evening dining options -either the taster menu in the Fernery restaurant or, in our opinion, a limited menu in the Artisan Rooms. Personally, we would have liked to have seen a more varied, interesting choice for the Artisan Rooms. All in all we had a wonderful few days.

Narberth is a lovely little town ,we enjoyed a delicious Sunday Lunch in the Angel on the high street.
Narberth is so near to so many places of interest,Castles , beaches , Oakwood Park ,Folly Farm ,I could go on .
Perfect place to stay .
Wow! What an incredible gem of a place and location for exploring beautiful Pembrokeshire. The bird house is stunning and has everything you need and more with so many little touches that just made it the best holiday we have ever had in the UK. The owners were so welcoming and friendly - even helping to charge our dead car battery and dropping off a newspaper with recommendations with places to explore. In fact we loved our holiday so much we asked to extend our stay!
The property served as a great base from which to enjoy that part of Wales. The house came fully equipped with everything that we needed and it was well situated in Narberth so that we were only a stones throw away from the shops.
Whilst the property is essentially attached to a pub this was not as big an issue as we had feared although you do get customers from the pub outside the front door and windows smoking which was a bit disconcerting to begin with.
The Grove is an exquisite property just outside of Narberth - a beautiful small Welsh Town and to the north of Saundersfoot and Tenby. Deep in the countryside with rolling fields and thriving nature. The grounds and walled gardens of the hotel are maintained absolutely beautifully. The Grove’s rooms and multiple public areas exude understated Welsh luxury. Very comfortable indeed. Food and drinks excellent and staff absolutely lovely.
The house was presented beautifully and provided a great space in which three families could stay comfortably. The welcome hamper and treats in the fridge were a very nice touch. The surrounding land afforded great opportunities for country walks while the hot tub was a great way to end the day. The house itself is close to the village of Narberth with some nice shops to browse, also a great wine and cheese store.
Fabulous B&B close to all of Pembrokeshire's theme/parks/attractions and beautiful pristine beaches. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The site is clean, well maintained in a beautiful scenic location which is not too far from the motor way. Offers glamping and camping as well as rooms within the farm house itself. The children's playground and variety of animals were a welcome bonus!
We stayed here as a family of 4 plus our little dog. The property is lovely and in a lovely area and had everything we needed. The hosts were friendly and on hand if we needed anything. It was very peaceful and plenty of space for the children and dog to have a run. The location is great for travelling around Pembrokeshire and visiting local beaches. We would happily stay here again.
Lovely home cooked breakfast all prepared on site from local produce, including the most delicious homemade croissants. The accommodation was at the back of the building and away from any noise, not that Narberth would be a noisy town. A very enjoyable stay and an excellent base for exploring the southern end of the Pembrokeshire Coastal path.
Great location for Sayndersfoot beach, Lesley was very helpful and accommodating and nothing was too much trouble for her. Facilities were great, hot showers, flushing toilets, good honesty shop. Pitches were well spaces apart and the facilities at the yurt were fine. Really enjoyed the bbq too.
Gorgeous hotel with
period features. The staff were lovely and welcoming. We were lucky
to be upgraded
tina suite with
ample space and even a terrace. Our stay was very
comfortable with all we needed.
They
catered well for vegans at breakfast and the food was fresh and delicious.
The room and en-suite bathroom were spacious and comfortable and the setting of the property with views over open farmland was excellent. The location was also excellent for our itinerary which included Tenby, Skomer Island, St Davids & Pembroke Castle.
The staff at the hotel plas hyfryd treated my family with a great deal of respect, friendliness and made us feel like they were dealing with people they genuinely cared for. Even my small children commented on how well they looked after.
A comfortable and spacious room, clean with nice furnishings and friendly staff. Within 15 minutes walk from the train station. Was very happy to stay in Narberth as came for a festival. Narberth is a lovely town to visit.
Peaceful quiet location, which allowed us to do plenty of reading, exceptionally pleasant and helpful hosts. Ideal location for exploring south west Wales The property suited our requirements perfectly.
We found the location ideal to travel around to the different areas of West Wales that we wanted to visit. The facilities were really good for what we needed, we would stay again!
