Vintage self catering Glamping. We have a traditional , beautifully restored and decorated Marshall Living Van available here in the heart of the Wiltshire countryside set within a private garden for self catering holidays... a lovely space to enjoy a peaceful rural break on the edge of the fabulous Pewsey Vale. The Van (very similar to a shepherds hut) accommodates two with a double bed , woodburning stove/oven. We also have an old shepherds hut with comfy armchairs for your enjoyment. We only have one group at a time so the space is just yours. Across the lawn is a purpose built kitchen which is fully equipped with a hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, glasses, pots and pans, chopping board, first aid supplies and fire extinguisher. Next to the kitchen is a private shower room at the sole disposal of our guests. We provide a choice of Breakfast to be confirmed upon booking. There is a fire pit to enjoy on cool summer evenings too. We provide wood, coal, fire lighters and matches for the wood burner and fire pit. The accommodation is approached by a private , gated gravel drive which offers ample safe off road parking.

Hello, my name is Alice Card and I have been hosting for over a year. I live here with Tim and two children. We have both really enjoyed meeting guests and feel we have made some lovely friends. I am dedicated to providing a quiet getaway for my visitors...somewhere to relax and feel looked after. I have four grown up children and I’m used to the hustle and bustle they bring to the home so I’m relaxed about the guest accommodation and want you to chill out in it. We welcome dogs here and realise they may make some mess so please don’t worry if they jump on the bed or leave muddy prints... it’s what I expect! We keep chickens in the garden who usually lay well so you can enjoy fresh eggs. I have three cats who I adore! Welcome!

We are situated on the edge of Devizes, a sweet little market town which retains a close knit active community and boasts the Wadworths Brewery... well worth a tour! We are near; Avebury, The Pewsey Vale, Marlborough, Crofton Pumping Station, Kennett and Avon Canal, Caen Hill Locks, The Crop Circle Museum, Bath Spa, Castle Coombe, Lacock Abbey, The Steam Museum, Salisbury Cathedral, Silbury Hill, Stone Henge, Kennett Long Barrow, The Ridgeway, Longleat, Bowood and lots of lovely pubs and cafes. The property is a short walk through the garden and along a track to the fabulous Kennet and Avon canal, a lovely place to walk either into town or along to the local pub.
