The hotel collaborates with an external laundry company, which provides Same day dry cleaning & laundry service.

We have the luggage room where you can drop your baggage.

We do not own a car park, however the one that we always direct our guests to does have height restrictions.

The hotel does not have a car park. However there are a few options around the area. There is a pay and display car park 100 m away from the back of the hotel. Its name is Broad Plain Car Park and the post code is BS2 0FF. Another option would be to park the car on one of the two streets on the sides of the hotel: in Anvil Street the parking is free of charge from 6 PM till 8 AM; on Anvil Street it's free from 5 PM till 9 AM. On both streets there is the chance to park for free for the whole day on Sundays. Another option would be the train station car park, also because the station is only 5 minutes walking from the hotel if you take the Temple Quay exit.

We have a late check-out option, which allows the guest to leave the hotel by 17.00. It is subject to availability and has an extra charge of £30.

Our rooms are not provided with fridge. We have a small fridge at reception where the guest, if needed, can store some items.

Our breakfast includes a hot drink, a fruit juice (apple or orange), a piece of fruit, milk, croissant and chocolate pastry, butter & jam and there are three options of mains to choose from: one portion of cereal, porridge or bacon butty.

We do have accessible rooms. If you wish to be allocated in one of those, please send us a message with your request and we will check the availability for the dates specified and, eventually, change your room type.

The train station is 5 minutes walking from the hotel, 0.4 miles away. Unfortunately, due to the coronavirus restrictions, we are not able to keep the luggage in our storage anymore.

As our hotel does not have an on-site car park, we would recommend using Broad Plain pay-and-display car park, which is located on Old Bread Street BS2 0FF, 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

Our hotel does not have rooms with a bath, we only have showers in them.

All our rooms are accessible by lift. We do have accessible room - please contact hotel directly to check availability

We do not provide conditioners, we do provide a 2 in 1 shampoo and shower gel.
