Lovely and cosy one bedroom house in a brilliant location, just off the motorway. Most of the amenities that you would expect were there. Perfect for one night stay, though not bad for a few nights as well but definitely not for six people. There were a lot of fun activities for kids and the location surrounding the stream was perfect.

The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind. As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave. The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. There is tea and coffee at the property. There is one bedroom in this house which contains a double bed, a mezzanine floor with a double mattress in bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. The grounds are set in 5 acres of woodland grounds We have many bridle paths and tracks for bike riding in our small country village We have forest walks, maps can be found at the reception which cross the river Poulter, some have bike access Many farming lanes to bike ride House Rules: - Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are on-site parking facilities available at the property. - Pets are allowed at the property. 10 per pet per stay pay upon check in time.
