“I have used this hotel a few times in the past and return as I do so like the place. Exceptional rooms, really comfy, a good location and pleasant staff.. This visit was during the Covid restrictions, so unfortunately some hotel facilities such as the bar and breakfast were not available. That did not spoil the visit, we just had to make other eating and drinking plans. IU hope to return when life is a bit more normal and enjoy a full visit..”

“I was lucky enough to find this hotel on my very first visit to London several years ago and I never had a reason to look for another place to stay when at London. The location is great, close to two Tube stations (that offer access to few major Tube lines), short walk to DLR and to the Thames. The rooms are amazing, with hardwood floors, walk-in showers and four poster beds. The free mini-bar, that provides still and sparkling water, soft drinks and some chocolate is very convenient. This said, the most valuable asset of this hotel is the wonderful staff, who go above and beyond, always making me feel a guest rather than just a customer.”

“This hotel is located in the business district (The CIty), near the London Tower and Tower Bridge. If you are in London for turism, that means riding the Tube (Underground) or buses. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel , and 2 Tube stations within 5 min walking where you can get at least 3 different lines. Accomodations were very nice, our room had plenty of space even in the bathroom, and the hotel staff was always super helpful. If you are a IHG (Holiday Inn, etc.) member, you get late checkouts (2pm) and free daily newspaper.”
