Staff were super friendly on arrival and at breakfast times. Breakfast was really good with a very good selection. Location fantastic, short 5min walk to Liverpool One. Had a brilliant stay and will be top of list if/when we return.

United Kingdomthis was an exemplary stay at a wonderful hotel. other hotels: take note. this is how you do it. from the welcoming and attentive staff to the wonderful, comfortable, clean, efficient and well appointed room, this was a brilliant experience. the room was not overly large but was a perfect size. I had a big bag and I could easily open it and stretch out. the bed was terrific. the desk was great. the bathroom was wonderful and that shower? oh THAT SHOWER. rainfall plus a handheld thing. I have nothing to pick on at all.
