Plenty of parking space. The property is back from the road and so there was no noise. The accommodation was up to date and very clean and tidy with everything one requires for the stay, and more. The breakfast was excellent and the bed comfortable. I can’t fault this B&B. I recommend it without reservation.

It has a friendly, helpful owner, who gave us excellent local knowledge, cooked us delicious breakfasts, and gave us a comfortable room with a back view of her pretty garden. Ingleneuk really felt like home away from home! And the location can't be beat: four minutes drive from the airport, and near easy bus routes to get into downtown Edinburgh (it is very hard to drive in that city; public transit works better). If we go back to Edinburgh, we'll stay here!
