Simply the best. Standard of service excellent. Room was spacious and beautifully decorated as were the ensuite facilities. Breakfast was superb, plenty of choice, with unlimited supply of juice, tea/coffee and toast etc. The remaining covid regulations/requirements were dealt with in a professional manner by Liz and her team. Our grandaughter can't wait to return.return

  • Hi - we would love to book for 3 night in July as this shows up in the pet friendly search but then says pets not allowed. We have an exceptionally well mannered dog, who is house trained to the max, and will sleep on the floor on her own bed. We will be out all day. Is this okay?

    Hello, So sorry for the confusion regarding pets. We used to accept pets but had to change our policy due to personal reasons. While I fully understand you dog would be on its best behaviour unfortunately cannot accept pets now. Many thanks. Liz

  • we are attending a wedding at Brig Odoon hotel. would there be any way we could check in an hour early at 11am to give us time to get ready?

Inverlea is a striking sandstone built house set in a quiet street. Each room is individually designed and decorated generally with a Scottish contemporary theme. Only a 10 minute walk to the town centre, rail station. It is also a short walk to the long sandy beach, Robert Burns Cottage and Museum. Culzean Castle is a 15 minute drive down the beautiful coast.

Douglas and Liz Bryson (and Max of course) have owned Inverlea in excess of 12 years. The bed and breakfast was previously owned by Douglas's family who also ran it as a bed and breakfast house. This is very much our family home but would be delighted to welcome you here to stay with us during your stay in the area.
