“The property is large in terms of actual size, 23 acres but small in number of rooms. The main rooms are for functions and weddings. The location is great, very quiet, between Carlton Marshes nature reserve and Oulton Broad. Both easily accessible on foot. The staff are very friendly and the business is family run.”
