Having already successfully managing a holiday cottage in St. Agnes in Cornwall for a number of years, we were determined to find another special location for an additional holiday let. Following an exhausting search, we found an impressive apartment that had been renovated to a very high standard. The whole apartment is well presented and provides everything the modern family needs for a great holiday base. When we discovered more about the local area, it became clear that it was a perfect addition to our portfolio. Situated on the Jurassic Coast, Lyme Regis is a beautiful, historic coastal town where you can escape the pace of 21st-century life and get back to nature. If your family love geology and fossils, this is a place you simply have to visit. We hope you’ll fall in love with it as much as we have. Best wishes from Tony and Karen

Jurassic View Apartment has a huge clue in its name. It has a large balcony with comfortable seating and sea views, accessible from the contemporary living area, via bi-fold doors. As a two bedroom upper ground floor apartment, there’s plenty of room to sleep 4, with a King size master en-suite and a twin with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have blackout blinds fitted to help you sleep well. The living space is bright, modern and beautifully decorated with bi-fold doors that open up on to the large balcony with sea views and views of the Jurassic coast line. The bi-fold doors have electrically operated blind for your privacy. The bathroom and shower room have been completely refurbished with high specification fittings and decor. When you’re not enjoying the local cafés and restaurants, the fitted kitchen benefits from all the appliances and facilities you’d expect from high quality accommodation.
