Fabulous centrally located spacious 2 bedroom Brighton holiday apartment with 2 bathrooms, just a 5 min stroll from Brighton seafront. We have a sackful of 5 star reviews for another holiday home so you can be confident that this property will be of the same standard of cleanliness, style and attention to detail. Fantastic location for easy access to all the Brighton attractions, Brighton Pier (5 mins), Brighton Marina, shops, delis, cafes, antique shops, vintage flea markets, restaurants, 2 mins from American Express, 5 mins Royal Sussex Hospital. City centre is a 5 min walk. SLEEPS UP TO 8 GUESTS in total: 2 bedrooms sleep 2 each and 4 in the living room Ideal for corporate lets or business visits, or a fun weekend away with friends. Two bedrooms on the lower level of the apartment on the first floor:1 with en-suite shower room plus separate family bathroom. The open plan living - dining - kitchen space is located above the bedrooms on the second floor of the apartment with high vaulted ceiling: an impressive communal space. Washing machine and 2 tumble dryers, microwave, hob, cooker, with all bedding, towels and toiletries incl.
I've lived in Brighton for 13 years and know this wonderful, eclectic city really well. I'm an avid theatre and festival goer and enjoy drinking and eating in all the wonderful bars and restaurants we have. I'm very happy to advise on itineraries, recommend places to go and things to do. I have a lot of experience of holiday lettings as we have another property next door to Kemptown Loft that we've been successfully letting for 2 years. Brighton is the most vibrant seaside resort in England. Just an hour from London, it is a thriving, cosmopolitan city with a Bohemian spirit; home to an exuberant gay community, a dynamic student population and a healthy number of ageing and new-age hippies, as well as traditional candyfloss fun. There are great bars, clubs and restaurants on your doorstep. The sea is a 5-10 minute walk away - you can see the sea from your front door. The city centre 5 mins. Try to include the following in your trip: The Royal Pavilion is the UK's most eccentric royal residence. Its Indian-style domes and minarets look as outlandish today as they did when it was built nearly 200 years ago by John Nash. Brighton Pier still has all the old-time delights of the English seaside – fairground rides, candy floss and rows of striped deckchairs. Set in the Royal Pavilion's stable block, the Brighton Museum & Art Gallery has a glittering horde of 20th-century art and design. The Sea Life Centre is the world's oldest working aquarium. Once a fishing village, the maze of narrow streets and alleyways that makes up the Lanes is today home to jewellers, gift shops and boutiques.
