Hotel
The Kinmel & Kinspa
St. Georges road, Abergele, LL22 9AS, United Kingdom – Great location - show map
Room and service was wonderful. Food was very good . We will definitely be staying there again

the rooms were lovely and spacious and added bonus was the fan !!

Breakfast very good, Spa outstanding, room very comfortable Location good to get around!

We booked a standard room and the interior is as expected and as per the photos the best part was the spa facilities in this hotel, the hot tub, sauna, steam room were wonderful. We stayed for 3 nights and used the spa facilities every morning and every evening they were exceptional, and the hot tub is HUGE! The breakfast was great, we had continental every morning but it was such a fabulous selection to chose from and great quality! Our room overlooked their garden area which was lovely and you could see the beautiful hills. We had a wonderful afternoon tea on their terrace which was yummy and full of sweet treats. The staff were friendly and the area of Abergele is beautiful and is only 10 minutes from some great attractions.

Located in lovely grounds away from the sound of the motorway. Very well organised for social distancing with one way systems throughout with sanitizer stations and and restaurant staff wearing face masks or visors. The room and bathroom were clean and toiletries tea/coffee facilities provided. The chicken fajitas at dinner were fantastic and I can highly recommend the Appassimento wine. A special thanks to Jonathan who served us for his excellent vodka martini, the best I've had in a while. Breakfast was very good also and we had a swim in the Spa pool which was lovely. All the staff were very friendly and attentive throughout. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Room reasonable. We took our dog so unable to use spa facilities - maybe would be nice to have a room rate that excludes spa use and price reflects. We chose this hotel because we could take the dog

Breakfast was first class! Location is beautifully scenic, tranquil & peaceful.

Hydrotherapy pool was good - helped my arthritic bits and I could move a lot more than I can 'on land'. Enjoyed the massage and needed it. All the staff were helpful, offering help before it was asked for (I usually use a walker but had decided to manage with a stick.

Very relaxing atmosphere. Good location. Good size and well equipped room. Friendly staff and good facilities.

Flexibility of the staff - providing cutlery and plates for the family to use in the rooms upon request
