“The staff were friendly and swiftly accommodated our request to be near the lift....the room was clean....the bathroom was substantial and the shower new.......new bed....new furniture....excellent TV....good wifi. The location was very good and sufficiently far from the Pier end of Llandudno for roadside parking by the Promenade to be easy (£5.20 a day....not bad)”

“The room was clean and adequate, the breakfast was wonderfull, the bed was lovely, the only problem was that it was a very windy night and the wind howled all night and disturbed any sleep we intended to get. Maybe this was because we were at the back of the hotel!! I queried this with a couple that had front room and they heard nothing.”
