Great complimentary coffee! Seamless check-in and friendly staff. I love staying at Kip when I come to London for work. The rooms are clean and stylish, are well equipped with drinking glasses, good quality hand soap and shower gel, and good quality towels to set up the day after a quick shower before checking out.

RussiaEasy check in for all of the party. We used four rooms across a whole weekend and it couldn't have been better. Location was awesome. Access to the property was secure and safe. Staff were very helpful in letting us leave excess baggage in the reception area while we attended to our other business just down the road. Free coffee was a nice touch too (although we forgot about it) Very impressive little hotel.

ItalyThe "Kip Cabin" was incredibly tiny- just room for a single bed and small bedside table- but very modern and comfortable, and smartly decorated. What they seem to have done (looking at the floor plan) is taken conventionally sized en suite rooms and subdivided them each into 5 "cabins" plus a bathroom. Downside is that only two of the five rooms have a window but I was lucky! No en suite, no breakfast, no frills at all (oh, free coffee at reception!) but if all you want is a place to rest your head for the night, it's fine.
United Kingdomstayed in the 6 bunk bed room - the room was amazing very spacious and the bunk beds themselves were very comfortable each with charging ports a light etc , honestly so much fun with a group of friends - great location right next to an overground station and shops etc near by. plenty of sinks and mirrors for everyone to get ready with
