The room was very large, with a lovely seating area with views out over the valley to the hills and sea. The bedroom is on a raised mezanine which is also very big, with an extra large king size bed. Very comfortable and lovely and clean. The breakfast was very nice and all cooked to order, so lovely and fresh. Great toast!

Knockhill B&B is situated in the beautiful countryside, we are 5 miles from the centre of St Andrews. We have recently converted an old barn into 5 wonderful rooms, each room has private entry, living area, large bathrooms wih walk in showers and super king sized beds. We have 2 rooms that are all on the same level and we have 3 rooms that have the bedroom upstairs on a mezzanine level with the lounge and bathroom on the ground floor There is a small fridge in each room and tea/coffee making facilities We look forward to welcoming you to Knockhill B&B

I am Linda, the owner of Knockhill B&B. I live here on the farm with my husband, Peter and our 3 daughters.

We are surrounded by the beautiful countryside of North east Fife. We are 1 mile from the village of Strathkinness where there is a very good pub/restaurant. we are 5 miles from St Andrews.
