I thought the place was beautiful and we had an amazing large room and were accommodated with friendliness and warmth. They also especially made me a fresh fruit salad in the morning as it was not on the menu and something I prefer. Holly our border collie was also really made welcome. A wonderful location to see some beautiful beaches and follow wonderful trails within an hours radius drive for loads of diversity and much less drive for local beauty spots.

There is a nice lounge and foyer to relax if you wish to be outside your room. The weather was good so the gardens and outside tables were great too. It was a comfortable stay in a quiet location and we would consider staying there again if in the area.

Enjoyed drinks in both the lounge and garden area, staff were so attentive and lovely to talk to. Both dinner & breakfast were absolutely delicious. The hotel itself is in a great location on the edge of Forres for all local amenities and several places of interest in the area.
United KingdomThe location was just right for us. The restrictions imposed by Covid worked very well and were in fact discreet making the stay vey comfortable. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent and served by a very good team who seem genuinely interested in the comfort of their guests.

We received the warmest of welcomes, our room was absolutely beautiful and immaculate, the service was exceptional, at breakfast and dinner. Everything we ate was delicious. The Lockdown had just been eased, the hotel staff followed every guideline to the letter. We travelled with our dog, who also received a very warm welcome and enjoyed his walks around the lovely hotel gardens. Penny and Gavin, and their delightful waiting staff could not have been more accommodating. The location is also perfect for touring the Highlands. We will definitely be returning soon to this lovely warm, welcoming and cosy Scottish hotel.
