Customer service was really outstanding and from the entire team. The bedroom and its balcony had an excellent view across the bay as did the dining room. Breakfast was superb. The bedroom was well equipped and furnished and very comfortable. Nice roomy bathroom. Hotel is just 10 minutes walk from town centre and harbour.

  • Facilities for a disabled guest?

    Good afternoon, Unfortunately we do have stairs in the hotel to some of the rooms and also restaurant/bar. Unfortunately there is no lift. We do provide some rooms with walk-in showers. Kind regards, Reception

  • Please reconfirm you offer room service for all meals? I am planning to stay for 14 days and need to self isolate.

    At this time Guernsey is keeping their borders closed and everyone entering must self isolate on arrival.
