Step inside the house to discover a light-filled living/dining/kitchen area which space opens out onto a delightful South facing veranda, which has a seating area and dining table where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening meal whilst soaking up the sea air. The bright and spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a home away from home and the house features a separate utility room with washing machine, sink and tumble dryer for added convenience. This charming and uniquely styled home sleeps up to 11 guests across five well-appointed bedrooms, making it perfect for larger family gatherings or multi-generational holidays. To the front of the property on the first floor, wind up the spiral staircase to enter the master bedroom, this huge, vaulted space has a full-length Juliette balcony with sea glimpses and an ensuite shower room. On the ground floor you will find a double bedroom, twin bedroom and family bathroom with shower over bath plus another family bathroom with walk in shower and bath. On the first floor there are two further bedrooms, one double and one double, plus single, both are tucked within the eaves and are accessed by a separate staircase in the center of the house. Please note this bespoke wooden staircase is extremely steep (think the inside of a sailing yacht) and not suitable for elderly, very young guests or those with mobility issues. La Paz is seconds from Bracklesham Bay beach and perfectly located for seaside adventures, a short stroll away (under 5 mins) you will find a range of wonderful cafes and restaurants and a beach sauna. Whether you’re looking to explore the South Coast, unwind with a book on the veranda, or enjoy a sunset barbecue in the garden, this charming retreat ticks all the boxes. *Please note, there is a property at the rear of La Paz, the driveway is shared, cars must be parked in the correct lane.*

Bracklesham Bay is a destination beach for walkers, surfers and families alike. The beach is a mix of sand and stone depending on the state of the tide, a perfect place for buckets and spades. A prehistoric coastline, keep your eyes peeled for fossilised sharks teeth which can be found lying in the sand. You can walk along the beach to Selsey in the East or towards the bustling the villages of East and West Wittering in the other direction.
