Please note that The Lake House Rooms at The Waterhead Inn is an old Victorian building with no elevator. If guests smoke in the rooms, they may be charged one night's accommodations as a penalty.
Upon arrival, guests need to check in at The Waterhead Inn before making their way to their room within the Lake House building, which is a short distance away.
Guests arriving after 20:00 are requested to inform the property prior to arrival. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. It may not be possible to accommodate guests in the same room for each consecutive night of their stay.
