The flats are located on Lancaster Road, next door to the fire station. House 21, has 4 four full furnished flats which are ideal for short and long-term guests. The property has been newly renovated and provides luxury, comfort and simplicity. The flats have full wifi connection, Smart tv allowing you to watch Netflix and BBc iplayer at your own comfort and USB ports to charge your phone with ease. The flats provide individual privacy and one flat has a double bed within the bedroom, with a walk away from your own kitchen and own onsuite. The Location of the property is 1.9 miles from the town centre, which is less than a 10 minute walk. It is down the road from University of Leicester and a 5 minute walk to De Montfort University. The location is a walk away from a number of restaurant and lunch places nearby, including Subway directly opposite the flats.
