Staff looked after all us very very well. We stayed in 5 rooms and had a range of ages from infants upwards. Complimentary food in the bar was a great gesture. The bar staff on Sat night went above and beyond.

stayed at this hotel a couple of times now, and always been happy, they upgraded me to the newly refurbished executive room wich was very nice, breakfast is quite expensive but there is a big selection and nice, the location is excellent for a visit to glasgow, one of my favorite citys, right next to central train station with lots of pubs and resteraunts nearby, will definately be staying here again on my frequent trips from devon to scotland.

Stayed here recently , really enjoyed. The staff were great , location is excellent for seeing the surrounding areas and travelling to the spots around. Its a great location for the East End of Glasgow and just outside the main area which gives you peace and quite and also access to the center if required. Would stay there without any hesitation again , highly recommended.
