A wonderful front line apartment located in the prestigious Dolphin Quays development on Poole Quay. This is a luxurious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment located on the 3rd floor. It benefits from two balconies with stunning views out over the Visitors Marina, Brownsea Island and the Purbecks beyond. Main entrance lobby from The Quay. Lift to 3rd floor. Spacious hallways to front door. Hall, lounge / dining room with sliding doors to balcony - views to the working quay. Comprehensively equipped. Fully fitted Miele kitchen. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Master Bedroom (6ft superkingsize double or zip & link 3ft twin beds) with ensuite (bath and separate shower cubicle). Second bedroom (5ft kingsize double). Family bathroom (bath with shower over). Parking - One reserved parking space in the development's own secure car park (max height 2m / 6ft 6ins). Services - Duvets and linen provided including bath and beach towels. Gas central heating. Hairdryers. Technology - WIFI. Flat screen TV. Sky package. DVD / CD player. Our harbour is the second biggest natural harbour in the World, after Sydney, and whether you are by it, on it, or in it, it’s a stunning sight! Poole is also a great base for exploring the Jurassic Coast and the Purbecks to the East, and Britain’s newest National Park, the New Forest, to the East. Poole is the place to come for outdoor activity. We have wind-surfing schools, kite-surfing, kayaking tours, fishing excursions, Brownsea Island, and some of the best sandy beaches in Europe – all on our doorstep! And for those who fancy stretching their legs with a post-lunch stroll try the South-West Coastal Path, which starts right here!
