“We stayed in Lifehouse SPA for a night however you can use the spa facilities from 10am on the day of check-in though your actual check-in time is 3pm and until 6pm of the day of check-out thought your actual check-out time is 11am. They will take care of your luggage when your room is not ready and you checked out. We stayed in garden room. It was amazing. It was our anniversary they also put rose petals and swans as compliment. My wife loved the garden view and because the weather was nice, we were able to do yoga in our garden. The food was amazing. Italian cuisine and very tasty. Breakfast was great with full English. Our room amazing as well. Spa facilities were nice as well. We didn’t have any treatments but Sauna, steam rooms, pool, jacuzzi all were amazing. Overall I will say amazing value for your money.”

“This place is beautiful. We booked this expecting just "a spa hotel" and it is so much more. There is an air of relaxation in the whole place. The room we had was beautiful and the bed was huge. Sunbathing by the lake in the morning was the highlight of our 24 hours there. The hydrotherapy and pools area was clean and spacious enough for everyone to relax when we went in there at 6pm.”

“Three ladies and I went on this spa break and it exceeded all of our expectations. Everywhere we went the staff greeted us with hello, good morning, or good afternoon. The spa was amazing; there is a booking system so it is never packed. The food was delicious. We also had a massage which was truly out of this world. Such a great location. We walked in the grounds. We went to Clapton on Sea which was only 20 minutes and Frinton on Sea which was 10 minutes. Definitely cannot wait to go again. If you are thinking of going...GO!!! I'm a photographer and I wish I brought my camera to take pictures....honestly it is breathtaking. You will not be disappointed!!!”
