United KingdomBoth Mark and Becky were exceptional, they made us very welcomed. This 18 century Coach Inn is very quaint and full of surprises. Very good sleep and in the morning the breakfast was fantastic. We would certainly recommend this establishment. Thank you for a lovely stay.

United KingdomI have stayed here 3-4 times and don’t get to visit this part of the country very often for work. However, everything about Lilly’s Place ticks all the boxes for my needs. Very clean, fantastic hosts in Becky & Mark and nothing is too much trouble. Throw in an excellent breakfast, good location and excellent facilities, off street parking and good wi - fi! If you are staying in this area, choose Lilly’s Place!!

Located in a former 18th century coaching inn, Lilly’s Pad offers bed and breakfast accommodations is rural Lincolnshire. Free parking is possible on site and free WiFi is accessible throughout.
Lilly’s Pad features individually styled rooms that are full of character. Three rooms have an private bathroom and one room have a private bathroom, all equipped with bathrobes and slippers. Each room comes complete with a flat-screen TV and tea/coffee making facilities.
Breakfast is included in the room rate. Lilly’s Pad is located above the award-winning Lilly’s Tea Room, which is nut free and can cater for a wide range of dietary needs. There is a pub, post office and local shop a short walk away in Keelby.
Humberside Airport is just 10 minutes away by car. Central Grimsby is 9 miles from Lilly’s Pad.

Lilly`s Pad Bed and Breakfast offers 4 luxurious, comfortable rooms above the vintage 'Lilly`s Tea Room'. Each room is aptly named after a tea. The guest lounge has comfortable sofas for you to relax and has some board games and books for you to use, so you don`t have to stay in your bedroom. Lilly's Pad and Tearoom are Dog Friendly establishments and are on the edge of the village of Keelby with open countryside nearby. We can cater for a range of dietary needs, please inform us of your requirements prior to your stay. We are very approachable and will do our upmost to make sure you enjoy your stay. We have a 'just in case' case for those small forgotten items.
From the moment you arrive to when you leave it is our intention to make your stay a home from home. Once you make a booking Mark will contact you to discuss time of arrival and any requirements you have.
Keelby is a small quintessential Lincolnshire village which has several amenities including two pubs, a newsagents, mini supermarket, and fish and chip shop. The village is on the edge of open countryside yet within easy access of the motorway, local towns and Humberside Airport. Only 20 minutes away from Cleethorpes where you can enjoy a beautiful sandy beach. There are local walks for those who enjoy the countryside. For our business customers, we are less than a ten minute drive from Killingholme Oil refinery.
