The location was great for my needs. Having stayed at other locations during my stay, we felt the price was a little on the high side for each night. For less of a price at others we received a full english breakfast. The room also was clean but not sparkling.

I am furious that I cannot ring Ramada as their seemingly...
I am furious that I cannot ring Ramada as their seemingly only phone is either ringing and no one answers or saying. Out of service. Tried their head office and they insist the only phone number they have for the hotel is the same one. Nobody there could help me. The receptionist that booked me filed completely . Was offered wake up call , never arrived so I only woke when cleaner turned up , missing out on shower, breakfast and late for appointment. Asked when booking in if my car was OK where it was parked and told it was ok. Now been sent a £100 fine as apparently receptionist should have informed parking company that I was staying there. I know it was after midnight when I booked in but that shouldn't affect the service I received. Need help but cannot find out who to contact and how. A wonderful surprise after having spent the whole afternoon...
A wonderful surprise after having spent the whole afternoon travelling down to Stansted airport. The warm welcome and friendly staff immediately took the stress out of my early morning flight the next day. A drink at the bar served by charming people in a relaxed atmosphere and beautiful decor and a quick but tasty meal was just what I needed

Do not expect a 5-star hotel despite the 5-star prices.
Do not expect a 5-star hotel despite the 5-star prices. Newly refurbished premier rooms have lovely, friendly, soft beds. Using deep, fluffy carpets in very long hallways is a mistake as it can be challenging to pull suitcases over them. I only use this hotel because it is right next to the terminal, and my flights to Denmark are often ridiculously early, You get two bottles of water in the minibar. Why it is not possible to run a minibar service in 2024 I don't know.

I liked all over the stay.
I liked all over the stay. Staff was polite, professional and friendly. Room surprisingly big, with comfortable bed, walk in shower with all toiletries, towels. Tasty breakfast. It was a bit cool food but I usually expect cold food when is buffet style meal.

The stay at the Hilton was comfortable and the staff friendly. Breakfast was included and very good. I have also stayed at the Raddison and if you are wondering which hotel to choose the Hilton is by far the better.

She was clearly embarrassed when I told her the room hadn't been cleaned and offered to look for another room for me or at least change the sheets on the bed. I just wanted to crawl into bed so I told her I was happy to use the spare bed but she was very apologetic and kept asking if there was anything else she could do for me. The lady who was working in reception the following morning was excellent too and very helpful. Both ladies were a credit to the hotel.JohnUnited Kingdom

It was everything we’ve hoped for. For those planning their trip, I’d highly recommend staying there. It’s close to the airport, but we didn’t hear any airplane noises whatsoever, or any noises for that matter. I suggest you take a train from Stansted Airport to Stansted Mountfitchet, as it’s about 7 minute walk to the property, as taxi might be pricey (we paid £45 for this short ride).AAnastasiyaUkraine

Just minutes on foot from the arrivals hall, very welcoming and comfortable with a late opening restaurant/bar. Takes all the stress out of a difficult journey. Our second time and again a lovely room and a great experience. There are cheaper options further away from the airport but you can't beat that 4 minute walk.
