It’s a lovely peaceful setting and a great place to escape from it all. I did lovely walks in the surrounding areas and there are nice pubs in villages not too far away. The cottage has everything you need and has a lovely homely feel. The host is really friendly and came to meet me when I couldn’t find the place.

A cosy, modern quircky little holiday house with lots of character, beautifully situated in the grounds of a 16th century cottage in the middle of the Kent countryside on the North Downs. The house sleeps 2 adults. There is an open plan living/kitchen area, with patio doors to the outside. There is a TV and DVD with a selections of dvd’s to choose from, located in the double bedroom. The bedroom has high ceilings with lots of light flowing in from double aspect windows with exceptional views of the garden. The spacious bathroom contains of a washing basin, toilet and shower. There is a cosy orchard garden with sunny and shady spots and furniture to seat 4. The house has it's own private parking space.

Dianne has been renting out Little Mistletoe since 2008 and has enjoyed making her guest's stays enjoyable.

The house is located in a tiny and very picturesque little hamlet. Easily accesable (10 minute drive) from the M20 junction 11. This location is particularly suited for cultural and nature lovers with many available walks to your hearts desire. And why not stop of in one of the many characteristic pubs. It is surrounded by beeches and beautiful villages and only a 10 minutes drive away from the historic city of Canterbury.
