502 was a nice quiet room. The room was very comfortable and clean.
United KingdomThe staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. They offered help without being asked and were obviously eager to be of service. The room was small, but clean and the bath was clean and had good towels and plenty of hot water. We picked the hotel because of its proximity to the Lime Street Station, and were not disappointed at the very short walk required to catch our train.
