The property is unique in that it is genuinely in a great location. Basically 2 mins by car from the famous M6 J10. We are always willing to to talk, Feel free to reach out to us online at Comfort-Lodge Ltd UK - M6 J10, and see our other properties. A large driveway that can accommodate two large transit size vans or four small cars. Each bedroom has a smart TV. You can easily walk to Walsall town centre, where you will find a 10 mins train journey to Birmingham Alexander Stadium, hosting Commonwealth Games 2022. From the train station, you can connect to Birmingham Central Train station. Connection to Birmingham International airport and London are all easy to access. In the town centre is a well-established market and all the high street facilities one would expect, banks, shop bars restaurants, and multi-screen cinema. Local convenience store for getting hold of last minutes groceries is literally 50 yards away from the house. We have good sized bedrooms, with a lounge/dining area, and a large private garden for relaxing.
Walsall is famous for its historic role in the leather industry, hence the name The Saddlers, which is also the nickname of Walsall Football Club. Walsall in the 19th century the leather industry thrived because of the expanding number of working horses in Britain, and the increasing demand for saddlery and harnesses from abroad, particularly from the USA, India, Australia, New Zealand, and South America. The West Midlands canal network which passes through Walsall was one of the main ways of transporting goods in and out of the town, this canal network goes all the way to Birmingham City Centre. So if you are interested in waking or cycling It a great way to spend some of your time. Nearby attractions include The Bradford Arms, it serves great, down-to-earth Indian cuisine its reasonably priced food, very popular so be prepared to wait. Also a great range of beverages and pleasant atmosphere.

You can easily walk to the town centre, a 15 minutes walk, where you will find Walsall train station, as well as a great well-established market and all the high street facilities one would expect, banks, shop bars restaurants, and cinemas. Junction 10 of the M6 2 minutes by car, major supermarkets, Asda, Tesco and Morrison and the famous Argos Clearance Bargains store in town.
