Didn't see any staff the place was desolate. Place was spacious and clean and had some nice refreshments on offer. Nice comfy bed and towels. Toiletries were all locally sourced- a nice touch!

The location was brilliant - just a few minutes walk from the local shops and pubs. The room was lovely, nicely decorated and clean and the bathroom was huge with very powerful shower! Our booking didn’t include breakfast but said there was complimentary cereal. We ended up having porridge, a yoghurt and muffin for breakfast along with tea and coffee! We will definitely be back.

It's good.Rooms arrangement like a maze. Going to Room 12 has to pass so many doors. The king size bed in room 3 is not as wide as I thought! But when I asked for a additional bed the house keeper quickly send me one.. And the breakfast is good there are many different choice for customers.

My "Glencoe Room" was small but fine for a single person. The view from the room was good, over the hills. Location was excellent as it was only a 5 minute walk to sites, restaurants, shops and Loch Ness cruise. Due to Covid I did not see a member of staff the whole time, but the system worked very well

    Hi, we have bike rack at the rear of the property. Our property is now room only with complimentary breakfast cereals. You will be able to purchase plenty souvenirs from the gift shops :)
