The location was great for exploring Edinburgh, a half mile walk through the park took you to Marionville Park bus stop, ideal for catching the very frequent no 19 or no 34 buses directly to the city centre (15 mins ride). The apartment itself is excellent, very clean & extremely well equipped with unexpected extras such as a dishwasher, tea & coffee were provided, even some salt, pepper & cooking oil, so thoughtful. The beds were very comfortable & we all slept very well. The balcony overlooks the park, which is lovely for a morning coffee & the park is a family friendly area. The host advised us on how to get the key & offered support throughout the stay & departure if we needed it. 10/10 I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Self catering apartment so provided own food although a good supply of tea and coffee was provided. The location was ideal for us with easy access to all attractions. An easy walk into town centre and an easy drive to royal yacht and zoo. The host was extremely polite and gave us plenty of information and directions. The apartment itself was immaculate and clean with a nice balcony view over the park.

-First of all it has own space for parking, if you looking in Edinburgh for accommodation it's a problem with parking ( don't have or pay extra) -You can't ask for more at this price , 25-30 minutes walk from center ...The kitchen was well equipped, you can cook something, clean all the apartment, nice view to have your coffee in the morning...

Lovely, spacious apartment for the four of us. Fully equipped apartment, home from home. Good location between Edinburgh city centre and Leith, both of which are within walking distance, pleasant walk too. Excellent underground parking.

Lochend Park View Apartment has to offer best of both, is located close to all attractions so you can easily walk or take a taxi and you will enjoy from the apartment balcony peaceful views over the well maintained park with pond.
