I love that their customer care is very responsible. When we came, the heating can’t be functioned. But, I can call the apartment’s number and the staff will come to our room to fix it. It’s so accessible, you can go to the city centre by bus number 34, and you can reach the bus stop only in few steps away. Definitely will come again!

One of our top picks in Edinburgh. Lochend Apartments are a complex of 50 serviced apartments, located in Leith, 1.6 miles from Edinburgh Princes Street/Royal Mile, 1.4 miles from Edinburgh Playhouse and less than a mile from Leith Ocean Terminal/Royal Yacht Britannia.
Each apartment features free WiFi and free Sky Sports. Each apartment has a kitchen/dining area, all cutlery and crockery provided with washing machine/tumble dryer, cooking facilities and a fridge.
They each have a lounge with a fireplace and a TV with Freeview channels. There are 2 supermarkets just 2 minutes’ walk away.
All bed linen and towels are provided in each apartment as well as ironing facilities.
The Lochend Serviced Apartments also contain fold away beds as an extra bed option. The 34 bus stops outside Lochend Serviced Apartments and takes 10 minutes to reach Edinburgh city center and Waverley Rail Station. Edinburgh Royal Yacht Britannia is 10 minutes in the opposite direction.

We at Lochend Serviced Apartments started in 2007, we bought 52 properties within the same development, and in the last 12 years we have watched the business go from strength to strength, we feel that with so many years of experience we are able to provide an amazing service from individuals coming to small groups to larger groups, we have a reception onsite within our development so all of our apartments are close together and make the check in stress free.

Here at Lochend Apartments we are lucky enough to have beautiful views of Arthurs Seat in Edinburgh in some of our apartments, we are lucky to be based right in between the famous Princes Street/Royal Mile and Leith Docks - The Royal Yacht Britannia, we are a great base for groups and families alike to meet and enjoy our city, we have the option of single beds and double beds in each apartment, free wifi, cooking facilities and all laundry and towels provided in all apartments. If you are arriving after 5:00pm we would then set you up as a Late Check-in which means, once the outstanding balance for your booking has been cleared , we will then send you an email, no later than the day of your arrival, advising the code to key box which is located (outside our Reception), the number of the key box, the access code for your key box along with step by step instructions on how to get to your apartment (walking distance). will be emailed.

We are walking distance from Edinburgh famous Hibernian stadium, we are also in the same stretch of Edinburgh famous Royal Yacht Britannia. We are lucky enough to be right in between the famous Princes Street/Royal Mile and Leith Docks. We are also a short distance from Edinburgh Playhouse, which is a short bus ride/taxi from our apartments. Lochend Serviced Apartments are 1.6 mile from Edinburgh Castle and walking distance to Holyrood Parliament

For flexible rates, Lochend Serviced Apartments will charge your card the accommodations and deposit on the day of arrival with the card provided to Booking.com. If you wish to pay by alternative methods please request this prior to arrival however this cannot always be guaranteed.
Nonrefundable bookings will require a pre-authorization to the card used at the time of booking upon arrival. If you would like to use alternative card details please inform the property prior to arrival.
Please inform the property of the number of guests, and if any of the guests are children, so the rooms can be set accordingly.
Please note that all the guests are requested to confirm house address, email address and valid mobile number.
When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply.
