United States of AmericaThis is a brilliant cosy boutique hotel near the docklands area in Liverpool. Staff are are young and friendly and go out of their way to ensure you have a great stay. The bar and restaurant next door has a simple yet delicious menu and Jack on the bar makes the best flat white in Liverpool. Will definitely stay there again.

Andrew and Luke at the front desk were both warm and gave great recommendations for places around the city. Will definitely come back and stay with them again!!!

CanadaThe hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly (Luke). The room was lovely, with an individual feel. The room was very clean and quiet. The location of the hotel was excellent - near the docks, walking distance from both cathedrals, lime street and with a nearby Tesco for unexpected needs. The bar downstairs was handy. The brunch menu was good (we didn't try breakfast). The bar was comfortable and family friendly.
