  • As from previous reviews, is the breakfast served within the hotel

    Our guests have the privilege of choosing between two restaurants for breakfast. One restaurant is in-house, within the hotel and the other restaurant is one minute down the road if anyone fancies a change or different scenery.

  • What are the check in/out times please and can you store luggage before /after check in /out?

    Luggage can be stored on day of arrival and departure. Our standard check-in time is 14:00 and standard check-out is 11:00 but you can always request early check-in or late check-out if desired.

  • Can you please tell me how I will get to your hotel from terminal 5 Heathrow airport. Thank you

    The Heathrow Express Train is the fastest way to get to Paddington Station. It costs about £20 and takes just 15 minutes. The cheapest way is via the London Underground costing about £6 and taking 30 minutes.

  • Dear all, I'm looking at your Exec King room with breakfast and cancellation until 29th Aug but you're only stating that a continental breakfast is available. Is this right? And is it served outside of the room? I'm looking for a cooked breakfast served in the dining area outside of the room.

    We have an extensive breakfast selection served in our restaurant, including a cooked, full English Breakfast with all the trimmings as well as a delicious selection of continental delights including croissants and fruit.

  • Hi, although check in is at 3 would I be able to drop of a small overnight bag around 11am. I arrive at the train station at this time.
