This is from a planespotters point of veiw. picked the superior runway veiw room for that reason. I thought it was a bit over priced but had always wanted a stay at this hotel. Full Cooked Breakfast was wonderful but evening meals way over my budget. room was great large, airconditioning etc. Large flat screen TV. Usual desk chairs etc. and Free Wi-Fi excellent. Bathroom Superb large and fully fitted, shower & Bath [Brilliant]. Staff very freindly and helpful especially the Breakfast Restaurant. Travel from Terminal 5 to hotel Bus route 423 [Free Travel] about 15min travel time if you don't like public transport there is a door to door [Hoppa] About £11 Return

We arrived March 24th from our cruise Dubai to Capetown - floated at sea for 3 weeks. Flew home mid the outbreak of the darn covid virus and luckily a lovely man booked us the Renaissance (London Airport) in Capetown at the airport. We had a nite in Addis Abba at the Ambassador hotel what a place that was lol would rate it a 3 maybe - sheets we smelly and grey. So the Renaissance was like a Palace. Everthing was shutting down but the hotel did so much to accommodate us. Major confusing trying to find out room as the hotel is so big.

Dining is enjoyable on property -- it's not the best food I've ever eaten, but it's good. And keeps me on property when I'm tired and awaiting my next flight. I enjoy watching planes take off and land. I enjoyed using the gym, as well: it's adequate for a hotel gym, better than most (for weightlifting and cardio). I also like that the Hoppa bus connects between this hotel and the airport in a fairly quick ride (15 min or less)... just do make sure you're at the bus "stop" waiting on it about 5 minutes early -- as these busses can be a bit ahead of schedule.

  • How much do you charge for parking per night or per week please also how long does it take to get to terminal 3 from the hotel by shuttle bus.

    Dear Guest, Thank you for contacting us. We do charge £15/night for our in house guests. We do offer more flexible rates in case you are looking to book for more more than 04 nights. The service which runs from the hotel to Terminal 1,2 & 3 is Hotel Hoppa bus number H4 .The Bus approximately takes 15mins.
