    Dear Guest, We have a garage that we can store your bicycle in overnight. Same hours as car park, no later than 11.00 pm and opens at 6.15 am.

  • hi .there's any buss to the beach from there ??

    Dear Guest, There is a bus stop outside the Guest House that takes you into the Town Centre or to walk is 10 minutes. From there it is a 10 minute walk to the sea front.

  • Is parking safe and secure?

    Dear Guest, We have a car park to the rear of the property. We lock the iron gates at 11.00 pm and open them at 6.15 am. We have been here for over 20 years with no incidents, but I cannot guarantee any vehicle or property there because anything could happen just as anywhere else. Kind Regards George

  • Hi. Would it be ok to arrive ~22.00 and leave in time for 06.30 boat to France. Not sure yet what time I have to be at docks. Thanks.

    The latest check-in time is 23.00. Please note the car park gates are locked at 23.00 and are unlocked at 6.15. There is no access to the car park between these times. If you choose to park on the road then you may leave earlier with your car.

  • Can we leave our car at your property for 7 nights (8including the 1we stay)if so how much do you charge please?

    Dear Guest, Thank you for your enquiry. We do allow customers to leave their cars while they are away but it depends on when your booking will be. If it is in the busy summer months then we do not usually have enough space in the car park, but if earlier then we will see. Let me know the dates you require.   • Are the two rooms suitable for a couple and three children of age 10.7 and 3 years?

    Breakfast is extra at £5.00 per person and this is for either an English, a Continental, Vegetarian or for a special diet if you give us enough notice prior to your arrival. Breakfast times are from 7.00 am to 8.30 am and are booked on your arrival

We are a 10 minute walk to Dover Town Centre & Dover Railway Station. The Ferry Port and Cruise Terminal are a 5 minute drive, and the Channel Tunnel is 15 minutes drive. Our private car park is locked overnight between 11.00 pm and opens at 6.15 am.

George and Maria welcome you to the Longfield Guest house. We have been here since 1998 and we maintain clean and comfortable en-suite rooms and a secure private car park for your cars, motorbikes and cycles. Sorry we do not allow caravans.

There are many activities and local attractions in Dover when you visit, from Dover Castle to the White Cliffs, walks and cycling paths and plenty of local restaurants.
