Excellent location, Loch Lomond on your doorstep, with great walking routes from the house and close by. The cottage was wonderful with everything you could need. Hosts got in touch before arrival to let us know how to collect the keys. Would definitely recommend.

The location is superb. Unit very clean, modern and was actually better than I thought it was going to be. The host and his staff were so helpful and friendly. He also owns the cafe and the food was brilliant. We were in North Cottage, not the main house. The beds were comfortable, beautifully presented and I would love to go back again.

Everything was lovely and it was so easy to get to. Ian went out his way to try get us checked in that little bit earlier because we were at a wedding. Its a lovely size especially for a family. Everything was comfortable and shower easy to use. Lovely fresh sheets and towels. WiFi was great too as we never have signal when we come to luss so always great to have something to contact home. We didn't bring milk this visit as we had some in the fridge on our last visit but didn't this time was little disappointed we couldn't make a little tea or coffee but cannot fault this place or the couple.

  • Hi I would like to book 25/3/22 is it minimum 3 night stay? There are four adults in the part and 2 dogs which property would best suit?

    Garden Room apartment is much more than a gorgeous and exceptionally spacious ensuite bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the latest modern conveniences

  • Would I be able to book an independent hot tub to be on site for the duration of our stay? (I would be booking and paying for it myself)

    Unfortunately this would not be possible. We are on the national park and would require a license to dispose of the chemically treated waste water.ian

    If we are instructed by the government to close Glenview on your original booking dates you will be entitled to a full refund.. I do hope this is acceptable to you?

  • Is the garden enclosed for dogs?

    We accept dogs in our self-catering accomodation on request. North and Soth cottage both cottages have a small private enclosed garden area at the rear.

    These two cottages were purpose-built in 2012 in the grounds of Glenview House. They are roomy, luxurious properties, each with two bedrooms; one twin and one double

  • Need accomodation for 9 people and suggestion was buy north & south cottage. Are they next to each other & would the garden be private to our party of 9? Also how much to add 2 dogs?

    The cottages are joined and yes you would have access to 2 private gardens. Pet surcharge would be £30.00 per cottage. Many thanks Ian

With 2,628 cubic metres of water in Loch Lomond, spectacular scenery, islands to sail around, pubs to visit, slipway provision, a choice of marinas, plus all the space of the largest freshwater loch in the UK, Loch Lomond is simply one of the finest inland waters in the UK

If you love food you'll love Loch Lomond’s dining choice. There are several options for fine dining, some overlooking the loch itself. There is an excellent variety of places to eat out locally and Chinese deliveries can be made to your cottage door. The local villages offer food and drink from cafes to fine dining. The nearby town of Balloch hosts something for every pallette, whether you fancy fish and chips, Chinese, Italian, Indian or traditional fayre. Don't tell the kids, but you will even find a McDonalds. The Village Rest The Village Rest our sister company, has an enviable reputation for serving great freshly prepared food.
