“Location was super. Beautiful cottage. We were told Loch Lomond was in level 2 by the hotel which it clearly wasn’t. We were told we could book for breakfast and dinner we arrived at 5 past 5 and was told the kitchen was closed. No exceptions. The hotel shut Monday and Tuesday so no meals available we were not pre warned about this. I called 2 days before to confirm and hotel said all was available even offered to book us in for meals. We wish we had have been told because we paid a lot of money. We loved luss loved the cottage loved the walks. It was a lovely break but I think we were miss informed about the level of lockdown luss was in and we were definitely miss informed about services available. We couldn’t check in till 4 if we had have been prewarned we would have come down early for late lunch”

“A quality cottage and well kitted out. Surprised to find a washer drier in a cupboard which came in handy. Luss is great and the area around it is beautiful too. Check out the Viking grave at the old church.”
