BARRON HOUSE is a Grade B listed building which has been totally refurbished to a very high standard. Apartment 4 is a two bedroom apartment located on the first floor. There is no lift on the property. This brand new, luxury apartment has a fully fitted kitchen to include integrated washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. The two bedrooms are spacious with a fitted double wardrobe and ensuite bathroom in the main bedroom. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. Travel cot and high chair can be provided upon request. The apartment is located in the heart of Nairn town centre and 5 minutes walking from the beach. Nairn is known for its dry and sunny climate and as a popular holiday destination. It has a good range of shops and professional services as well as two museums, an art gallery, antique shops and excellent restaurants. The town also has a sports centre, tennis club, swimming pool, riding centre and cricket pitch. The harbour is home to a small fishing fleet, marina and sailing club. In addition to the two championship Nairn golf courses, there is also golf conveniently available at Castle Stuart Golf Links, Royal Dornoch, and Spey Valley.
I'm a keen sportsman and enjoy playing golf, badminton.
Beautiful sandy beaches on your doorstep, coastal trail, golf courses and Nairn town centre makes this the perfect location to relax and explore the Moray coastline. The Moray Firth has a wonderfully rich heritage with a wealth of cultural heritage sites, monuments, artefacts and traditions. The area has strong Neolithic, Pictish, Celtic, Viking, medieval and Jacobite association. Culloden Battlefield(20mins), Cawdor castle (10mins), Brodie Castle and country fair (10mins). The city of Inverness is approximately 20mins driving distance from Nairn and provides a range of retail parks and supermarkets as well as many entertainment, cultural and medical facilities expected of the Highland Capital. The Inshes Retail Park is only 20 minutes in the car and has a huge selection of familiar retail stores, eating places and VUE Cinema. NATURE:The Moray coast is an area of outstanding natural beauty, with an abundance of wildlife. Dolphins, seals, deer, Osprey and otters are all common sights around Nairn. ACTIVITIES:If you love your outdoor activities, Nairn is the perfect place for Golf, Sailing, Walking, Fishing, it also has two popular skiing resorts within 50 minutes drive.
